Qu Lei Lei At the Dowmin auction in Shanghai on 23rd December 2009, both of Lei Lei's Nude figures which were put into the auction sold for well over their reserves. The one shown here sold for the equivalent of over £31,000. Both had excellent results, and showed that Lei Lei's work is now commanding the sort of prices it so powerfully merits. Dadbrook Gallery in KunMing, China The directors of Dadbrook Gallery visited KunMing, in Yunnan Province, South West China at the end of October 2010. As a result of this visit, an agreement was signed to establish a European Arts and Antiques Centre in the city of KunMing. It was envisaged that this would open early in early 2011. As well as sending European paintings to Yunnan, Dadbrook Gallery will start representing and showing artists from Yunnan and elsewhere in China both at the Gallery and in London.
